When it comes to looking good and beautiful at all times, nobody does it better than celebrities. Forget their red carpet looks, even their off-duty looks are incredible. Whether they are heading out to the gym, to shop or even for a walk, they seem to put their A-game forward and have managed to take on the art of looking good.

Here are some of the secrets that Bollywood biggies follow to look good at all times. 

Workout

Everybody from Shilpa Shetty Kundra to Kareena Kapoor Khan follow this religiously. They work out every single day without skipping it. Sweating helps the pores get rid of all the dirt that is sticking on to them and also cleans up the system, giving rise to glowing smooth and supple skin. 

Hydrate

Every single Bollywood actress swears by hydration and consumes a minimum of 2 litres of water on a daily basis. This ensures the skin remains supple and it also flushes out all the extra toxins from the body. Not only actresses, but hunks also swear by this to keep their skin looking fresh at all times. 

Coconut oil

A massage with coconut oil has been proven to be extremely beneficial for glowing skin and relaxing muscles and joints. A full body massage does wonders like tan removal and smoothens skin while a head massage increases blood flow in the head and strengthens hair follicles. 

Cleanse skin

Nothing is more important than cleansing the skin from time-to-time. After a long day of work, taking off makeup may seem like a herculean task but sleeping with makeup on not only clogs the pores but lets the makeup mix with dirt and grime on the skin and can give rise to skin infections and acne. 

Milk and milk products

Milk and milk products boost radiance and glow in the skin. Milk and yogurt can be mixed with kitchen ingredients like turmeric, honey, neem, lemon etc. for boosting the skin, getting rid of impurities, dead skin cells, etc. Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tara Sutaria and more swear by the yogurt and gram flour face mask for getting rid of tan. 

Moisturise

For supple skin, drinking water is not enough. It is important to keep your face and body moisturised at all times. Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Deepika Padukone and more carry moisturiser with them in their large handbags as they aren't too fond of their skin chapping and peeling off mid-trip.
