We can't get away from travelling. We just have to travel no matter what we do. We end up travelling from home to work in loads of pollution and in metro cities, the traffic and public transport can mess with you. And if you are a hardcore traveller and explorer then you definitely deal with long hours on a flight or a long train journey. All of this sounds a lot of fun to some people and for some, it's their everyday life. But in both cases, we fail to keep in mind that everything that we do has an impact on our bodies and more importantly our skin. Our body can adjust to the changes in the weather conditions and the pollution and food but our skin is much more sensitive. If you're a working professional and travel a lot, it could be the cause of dull skin. We tend to ignore our skin due to our work and stress and everything else but if you travel, your skin needs much more care. Travelling calls for a different skincare regime that can help maintain healthy and glowing skin.

Here are tips to care for your skin for every woman that travels a lot.

1. Carry a face mist spray wherever you go. Keep some fresh tissues or a clean handkerchief. You may or may not get an opportunity to wash your face with facewash. In such a case, when your face feels sticky and dirty spray it with some spray mist, you can use aloe vera water or cucumber water and wipe it with a tissue or handkerchief. This cleans your face and makes you feel refreshed immediately.

2. Even if you have oily skin, always carry a good moisturiser. Keep a small pack in your bag for whenever you may need it. You never know when your skin may feel dry and stretchy and needs some moisturizing and it doesn't necessarily have to be your face. The skin on your feet or maybe even your knees or elbows may feel dry and stretchy.

3. When we travel we come in touch with multiple people and places. Our hands come in contact with numerous germs and bacteria. Keep a hand sanitizer with you all the time and clean your hands before you eat or touch your face. When you touch your face with dirty hands you increase the chances of an infection or breakouts.

4. No matter how busy you are or how much you're travelling, don't forget to drink water and stay hydrated and have a proper 8 hours of sleep. Your beauty sleep and hydration can work wonders for your skin, more so if you stress your skin with weather changes and sleep cycle changes and such.

5. Always carry some basic skincare products like a cleanser and a face wash and sunscreen and most importantly an eye cream. Remember your skincare pouch and don't change the products that you use too often. Try to stick to the same products for as long as you can. Changing the brands and products can stress out your already stressed skin.
