Getting results instantly has never worked and if you’re a to be bride it is best that you start your skincare routine well in advance so that the effects show better. Issues like acne and discoloration take a while to fade away hence this will really help.

Do not experiment with new products just weeks before your wedding

Most of the brides end up doing this mistake of using new products just a few weeks before their wedding. We say this because god forbid if the product reacts then it will take a while before it settles.

Start drinking green tea

Like most people say, drinking green tea becomes a lifestyle. Brides to be should definitely start drinking green tea; this not just helps in weight loss but also is a great antioxidant and has anti inflammatory properties which helps in reduce acne and marks and also gives brighten skin.

Wear a sunscreen with an SPF50 months before your wedding if you’re getting married in summers

If you’re getting married in summers or abroad then make sure that you’re religiously applying sunscreen everyday; 4 weeks in advance with an SPF50. Avoid stepping out too much or sunbathing as it’ll leave you with uneven skin. Make sure you apply the sunscreen on the ears, neck and the back of your neck.

Keep your skin moisturised 24/7

Usually people think that moisturising doesn’t make a difference in the way the skin looks; however this is extremely wrong. When you keep your skin moisturised it firstly helps in getting even skin tone and secondly all the skin remedies that you apply or carry out; it acts and looks better.

Facial and Hair spa

Make sure that you’re getting a monthly or bi-weekly facial six months in advance. Also, for healthy, strong and shiny skin, it is recommended that you get a hair spa done once a month. It is best that you start this routine six months in advance.
