Now, you can opt for a facemask that easily available in the market or make your own using ingredients that you know work well on your skin. Beauty sleep is actually redefined with overnight face masks as the body heals and repairs itself when you sleep. So providing it with the most nutritious ingredients at the night proves extremely beneficial. Here are 4 overnight face masks that can help you wake with the best glow ever.

ALOE VERA | VITAMIN E

Aloe Vera is loaded with amino acids and essential vitamins like A, C and E. it also contains salicylic acid and antioxidants that help in reducing inflammation and sun damage that has been done throughout the day. 

All you need to do is mix 1 tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel with 1 vitamin E capsule. Apply the mixture all over your face and neck and massage for a while. Let it dry and leave it on overnight.

COCONUT OIL

Coconut oil is the best way to moisturise the skin. Especially at night when the skin is irritated and dull, it needs that kind of moisturisation. So if you do not have oily or acne-prone skin, this is the best remedy to get soft, supple and glowing skin. 

GREEN TEA | POTATO

Whether you drink it or apply it, green tea has multiple benefits. It reduces dark patches and pigmentation. On the other hand, Potato juice works best on oily skin. It reduces acne blemishes, prevents skin rashes while nourishing the skin from within.  

All you need need to do is mix 1 tablespoon of freshly brewed green tea with 1 tablespoon raw potato juice. Dip a cotton ball in the mixture and apply it on your face and neck. You can also soak the sheet mask in the juice and place it on your face. If you are using a sheet mask, remove it after 15 minutes but do not wash your face. 

MILK | TURMERIC

Just mix ¼ teaspoon of turmeric with 1 tablespoon of raw milk. Mix it all with a cotton ball and apply it on your face. Just make sure to let it dry for a few minutes before going to sleep.
