The 2019 Filmfare Style and Glamour awards were held in Mumbai on Tuesday and we had a lot of our B-Town beauties Grace the event. We are always on a look out for fashion trends and style tips when it comes to these style awards and we noticed one trend that we are exciting for, and will probably try and incorporate more in our personal wardrobes. The trend in question is embracing bold colors. Yep, bold, beautiful and colors that make you stand out. Here's a breakdown on these three actress' looks who embraced attention grabbing hues on the red carpet.

Deepika Padukone wore an almost neon-ish gown by Jean-Louis Sabaji. The strapless gown, with a mullet hem was a bold choice for the actress, as the color had our attention from the minute she stepped on that carpet.  While I loved the gown on her, I wasn't particularly thrilled about the hair or the make up. The coral pink lip didn't work and that sleek centre parted hair has now become a snooze. Are you a fan of this look on her? Let us know by commenting below.

Next we have Kajol who wore a bright canary yellow hue in her gown by Labourjoisie. The beautiful gown with a V neckline and voluminous slit sleeves looked stunning on the runway and the movement of the fabric is breathtaking, however it didn't translate that well on Kajol. But that's not to say that Kajol didn't make an impact with her bold color. I wish there's was a little less fabric on her.

Finally, we have Preity Zinta who did a red look on the red carpet, and looked pretty in her Monique Lhuillier gown. The strapless gown was cinched at the waist with a metallic accent belt by Versace. It's a beautiful gown on her but the addition of that belt confuses me. If she were gonna edge her look up with a belt, I wish she had done a different hair do.

Out of these three, whose look do you like the best?

Best- Kajol
Worst- Deepika
