Onset of summer means, season of myriad festivities, big fat weddings and more. It does seem like many of the spring/summer 2019 fashion trends is about all lot of mixing up colours and prints, with pastels making a notable recurrence. It is quite cardinal to know about all those colour trends ruling this season to keep up with the grandiose fashion game.

The most definitive of the spring/ summer 2019 runway colours is yellow, of course, which showed up in the form of aspen gold, pastel yellow, turmeric and lemon verbena. Yellow is a cheery, unisex colour, so it is a pleasure to have it warm up the sometimes cold spring/summer days. Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt and Kiara Advani were recently spotted donning some fresh yellow hues for a grand wedding. But the most sought after colour choice among the B-town fashion enthusiasts for this season seems to be various shades of pink, including the particularly loud magenta, blushed and powder pinks and champagne pink hues.

Starting with the Bollywood Queen Deepika Padukone, who looked timelessly elegant draped in a ruby pink Sabyasachi saree. A noticeable shade of pink that could be worn just as it is or can be mixed with neutrals. The saree adorned intricate embroideries and a stunning border, fresh from the Sabyasachi SS19 Fiza collection. The gorgeous actress looked ethereal pairing this stunning drape with Ruby and Pearl jewellery.

Next up, Kriti Sanon was spotted twirling away in a shining handcrafted Mijwan embroidered ensemble, in a soothing mix up of carnation pink and french rose from the Manish Malhotra label. The Luka Chuppi actress kept it super subtle with her jewellery and make up, hinting different of tones pink from her eyelids to jewellery.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra was sported a beautiful blush pink outfit from Faabiiana. A colour apt for the day or night with any silhouette. Shilpa paired up the garb with jewels and a matching Potli. A rosy pink tint lingered around with the make-up the actress chose to complete the look with.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan also seems to embrace this hearty hue by mixing it up with some turquoise florals. The Manish Malhotra ensemble with a blend of flamingo pink, gold and turquoise looked rich and radiant on the actress. Aishwarya rounded up the look with minimal jewellery and a glossy Pink lip.

In a dull baby pink lehenga with antique gold sequin zardosi and mirror work from top to bottom by Seema Khan, Malaika Arora looked rather stunning for the event. The gorgeous actress kept it super simple with just a heavy but elegant choker with sombre green drops.

Mira Rajput opted for a mix of tones with lemonade pink and brick pink on a highly embellished lehengas by Anju Modi. The mother of two skilfully rounded up the look with a striking handcrafted neck-piece. Mira seems to sporting similar hues often, effortlessly nailing it each time.

Last but not the least, the young and frivolous Janhvi Kapoor donned a fuchsia chikankari lehenga  pairing it up with a pair of edgy earrings. The actress maintained the blush hue with her make up as well. The colour is fresh and bright, an instant mood-raiser at any occasion.
