The Cannes rendezvous has officially kickstarted and we’ve already witnessed a massive day yesterday. The esteemed film festival started off on May 14th and will go on till the 25th of this month. Many big wigs from the International circuit have already graced the red carpet. Selena Gomez, Eva Longoria, Bella Hadid, all have lit up the event with their presence. Deepika Padukone who is already at the French Riviera saved us a fusion look on Day 2.

Padukone, for her second look on Day 2 donned a black tulle gown from Off-White. Her outfit featured a fitted corset with a half neon green animal printed blouse. It further was attached to a gathered tulle skirt giving it a lot of volume. She styled her look with neon green sunglasses and black chunky daddy sneakers. Open blow dried hair with filled in dark eyebrows and minimal makeup completed her look.

Although we are okay with the dress we think the daddy sneakers were a bit too much and just made the look messy. We prefer her Loewe pantsuit over this look for sure! The beauty walked down the red carpet yesterday wearing a monochromatic number from Dundas. Her outfit featured puffed up sleeves, a plunging neckline, deep back and a huge black bow detail. Her signature sleek hair with dramatic graphic eyeliner and black strappy heels finished off her look.

What are your thoughts on Deepika’s Off-White look? Do you think it was too cluttered too? Comment below and let us know.

Beautiful dress

Great pics for promotion or advertising materials.

It’s for the brand’s advertisement. They use the pics in their print and posters.

Yay

Uhm!! Over exposure. She will never be like PC. Never!!!!

This looks like something you would pick up from a factory reject shop.

Every 2-3hours she changes outfits & click pictures to send media houses. Film festival more than styling.
