It looks like after Kylie Jenner’s ‘billionaire’ empire has reached new heights, all the celebrities are venturing out to create new brands of their own. News of possible new brand launches from Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Cardi B are already surfacing the net and now we have anew potential contender in the ring. It is Hailey Bieber and she is out here getting her brand trademarked!

The model had reportedly filed for a "Bieber Beauty" trademark back in April.  Unfortunately, it looks as though the model might have to think of a new name for her possible line of cosmetics.

Why you may ask?

Following the filing, The Blast is reporting that the U.S. Patent & Trademark officials refused her application because it conflicts with a trademark already owned by husband Justin Bieber. Apparently, husband Justin had already trademarked the name back when he was 9-years-old. Clearly, he had some amazing entrepreneurial abilities, 16-year-ago!

Since getting married in 13th September 2018 in New York, Hailey has been working towards building a beauty brand. Now because of trademark issues, Hailey is unable to go ahead with the brand.

As The Blast points out, Justin was just nine years old at the time of his trademark, and like Hailey, he had reportedly intended to create a line of cosmetics that featured soaps, shampoos, and lotions.

Now, it seems like the brand might go forward with another name and we are wondering what it would be?
