Day 4 of the ongoing fashion week was a star-studded affair with Bollywood celebrities dazzling on the ramp.

From celebrities to influencers to designers making their mark on the fashion industry, fashion weeks are considered as the place where trends are set and fashion is recreated. Yesterday marked the fourth day of the ongoing fashion event in Mumbai and it made for one of the most star-studded affairs of the week. 

Day 4 kicked off with great style options by Anurag Gupta. he showcased his collection A True Story which was experimental yet impactful and his outfits had surreal flowers, created from handloom textiles. 

Ease Clothing's collection was the perfect mix of minute detailing techniques on fabrics and was inspired by the social happenings in the world. Hence, the title Isn't It Ironic. The garments had an effortless style to them and their silhouettes were to die for. 

Jajaabor was the next label to showcase their design which came from global inspiration and had a universal appeal. The designers delved deep into their childhood memories and it showed on their outfits which had folky hues in the form of prints and embroidery. 

Next up, Bloni by Akshat Bansal was a strong and eye-opening collection which was known for its intense detailing and sharp construction. The garments came in earthy tones like tans, brown, black, etc. and made for eye-catching looks since they were created with unusual techniques. 

Salita Nanda's label was a fearless way of self-expression and this time her inspiration was drawn from the street artist Thierry Guetta. Hence, the pop art playfulness with splash of colours! 

Mini sheath long sleeved outfits, cropped mini jackets pantsuits, asymmetrical outfits and more were just a few of the garments on the runway. 

 

Tahweave by Sweta Tantia presented some unconventional fashion aesthetics which was inspired by a mermaid Aisha Kandisha who possessed an irresistible charm and wandered the streets of Morocco. Her outfits showcased the designer's idea of the streets of Morocco - style, glamour and loads of energy created with a mix of screen printing and hand weaves. 

The Blockbuster Brides show was one of the highlights of the day with Student of the Year 2 actress Ananya Panday walking the runway not once but twice, in gorgeous bridal attire for designers Anushree Reddy and Arpita Mehta. Both the designer's aesthetics were showcased well in their collection while. From lavish and glittery sarees, sharers and lehengas, it was all about glamour, grace and Bollywood weddings!

Purple Feathers by Pinkey Agarwal was all about clean fabrics, white simple and easy colours, and silhouettes that seemed to look extremely flattering. Adah Sharma acted as the perfect showstopper for this collection. 

Bandana Narula was the next designer to showcase her collection which included pastels and different shades of purple. Her outfits were minimal, simple and aesthetically pleasing and perfect for mehendi and sangeet functions. Shibani Dandekar looked graceful as she walked the runway in one of the designer's lovely creations. 

Ambika Lal's collection was all about extravagance and edginess. She had Rhea Chakraborty walk for her in a lavish black gown with a ruffled and long train that came with a strapless top with a sweetheart neckline. 

Dhruv Kapoor also took to the platform to showcase his latest collection which included his iconic denim jackets with embellished floral patterns on it. His line was all about classic and crisp cuts. easy silhouettes and outfits that could be taken from day to night in a jiffy!

Kunal Rawal's creations were all about edginess and outfits that seemed to flatter every body type! Arjun Kapoor and younger cousin Jahaan Kapoor walked the runway for the designer in creations that had unusually cut hem lines, textured fabrics and glossy oxfords looking dapper as ever! 

Closing the eventful day, were celebrated designers Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna who put up one hell of a collection for the night! Glamorous gowns with thigh-high slits, Bond-movie worthy cocktail dresses that shimmered like stars and of course two of the most popular Bollywood faces - Ayushmann Khurrana and Disha Patani as showstoppers for the night!
