19th May 2018 marked the Royal Wedding of HRH Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle and HRH Duke of Sussex Prince Harry. The Royal Wedding was one of the most iconic weddings this year which received much love and support from loyal fans worldwide. With the spectacularly celebrated event came a major focus on fashion: HRH Meghan’s wedding outfit which was a simple, elegant and graceful choice of a dress designed by British designer Clare Waight Keller, artistic director to Givenchy.

The Givenchy dress Meghan wore was a minimalistic double-bonded white silk dress with 3/4th sleeves and an open boat neckline. The iconic tulle veil was a 16 foot hand embroidered piece with organza embroidered flowers representing every individual country from the 53 countries of the commonwealth. This famous and widely appreciated dress is reportedly to go on display at the Windsor Castle as a centrepiece of a public exhibition. The Daily Express reported that the decision to display will be put to action by the end of this year.
