One can expect something so ‘savage’ only from #badgirlriri. Our favourite woman Rihanna celebrated womanhood like no other. This International pop star returned back to the New York Fashion Week after taking a break for a season. We all expected her to steal the show with her collection but, our lady here, just punched stereotypes in the face and took women empowerment to another level.

The fashion show was live-streamed on Youtube and it blew away people’s mind with the spine-chilling presentation which left the spectators with goosebumps. The Savage x Fenty collection was for all as it was all about inclusivity and diversity. The whole display was truly ‘savage’ in its own right with its avant-garde theatrical display and choreography.

The line of models featured some famous faces like the Hadid sisters and Joan Smalls, but it wasn’t just limited to that. Rihanna wanted her line to feature lingerie line for all body-types. Well, the ‘Love the way you lie’ singer made sure that she presented just that and boy, she killed it.

Another highlight of the fashion show was when a heavily pregnant Slick Woods walked the runway wearing a sexy cut-out bodysuit and nipple pasties. It is reported that she went into labor immediately post the fashion show, though she hasn’t yet given a confirmation herself. However, she wasn’t the only pregnant model, the message that RiRi wanted to pass on was that pregnant women are beautiful too (we couldn’t have agreed more).

The woman of the hour, Rihanna took a final bow when she walked down the runway wearing a brown tube bodycon dress with a matching headscarf and a pair of matrix sunglasses.

The thought of the whole show still gives us goosebumps and it was indeed the greatest ending to the New York Fashion Week in the longest time. What do you guys think? Comment below and let us know.

I like Rihanna but don't care for this fashion show.
