From a doting mother to one of the most brilliant female actors in the industry, Sridevi Kapoor filled all the roles she played exceptionally well. Today, marks one year since the legendary actress passed away due to ill health. She gave numerous hit films and is known for her iconic roles from Mr. India to Mom. Whether it was on screen or off, the late actress always made it a point to not only act her part, but dress it as well. Over the years, she proved that she could look absolutely stunning in any outfit – western or desi. She has done justice to all her outfits and carried off everything from Manish Malhotra to Falguni and Shane Peacock, with equal panache.

Nobody can carry off a saree and look as elegant as Sridevi does. She looks as graceful and elegant as ever in this blue saree and black blouse by close friend and designer Manish Malhotra. With her hair pulled back in a loose bun, her pretty smokey eyes got all the attention and also paved way for the jewellery – a large choker neckpiece which just added the extra edge to the gorgeous outfit.

The Mom actress certainly knew what suited her and also how to carry it off well. She did completed juice to this Rohit Bal ensemble and looked grand as ever. Her loosely curled hair and red lips only added a feel of glamour to the outfit, making her look like royalty.

There is a reason why she is considered a style icon. The late actress knew that for a casual look, there is nothing better than the classic blue jeans and white shirt. Keeping up with the trends, she picked out a pair of denims that even had embroidery on them! Mirror finish sunglasses and a moody lip were the cherry on the cake for this look.

Being the cool mom that she was, she also managed to keep up with the millennial trend of sporting sneakers with her looks. Looking as classy as ever alongside daughter Janhvi Kapoor, Sridevi paired beige pants and a white top with an elegant floral scarf, with beige shoes. An uber cool look we absolutely love!

Clearly, the late actress had a favourite when it came to Indian designers. She was often sported wearing Manish Malhotra and even openly talked about how he was her favourite! A gorgeous black and ivory saree with a blouse that had embroidery on it, was carried off exceptionally well by the stunning actress. Her makeup was also on point with pink lips and black lined eyes.

Though she moved up and did Hindi films, she didn’t let go of her roots. She channelled her inner south-Indian by tying her hair up in a sleek bun with a centre parting and wearing jasmine flowers over it! And in a Sabyasachi ensemble, she looked elegant and royal as ever! Her classic red lip and dark lined eyes completed this gorgeous look.

Just when we thought she couldn’t master any more looks, she proved us wrong! The late actress managed to look stunning when when dressed down and we have proof! A simple sunshine yellow dress with loose curls never looked better on anybody else, we think.

Is it just us or did it seem like she never aged? The actress could give competition to newbies with her well-maintained figure and amazing fashion sense. She looked like a million bucks in a silk shirt paired with a pair of printed palazzo pants. Her hair was half-up and her face looked fresh with just a thin coat of red lipstick.

When it came to business, the late actress knew how to suit up too! In an all black cut out suit with a plunging neckline and a simple diamond necklace, Sridevi showed us that she meant business. Her go to red lips and smokey eyes made her look bolder than ever!

If there was anybody who was open to trying out new trends and switching things up a little, it was Srivedi. Who knew that pairing loose silk shirts with a lehenga could look this good? A large diamond neckpiece made for the perfect accessory for this uber cool and trendy look.
