Shilpa Shetty and husband Raj played hosts to their friends as the couple held a Diwali bash at their Mumbai residence last night.

The hostess for the evening skipped the usual lehenga and worked a concept saree gown by Amit Aggarwal with his signature structure and ruffle detail. Voluminous hair, diamond jewellery, ivory sandals, to match the outfit  and a dark lip rounded her look out.
It's a very unusual pick and I do applaud her on wearing it, however I wish she had skipped on wearing those YSL tribute sandals. They looked so chunky.

Jacqueline Fernandez wore a monochrome lehenga from House of Masaba that included a white and gold printed organza skirt and a black and white embroidered yoke detail blouse and a matching gold dupatta. Hair tied up in a bun, a pair of stud earrings and a pink lip rounded her look out.
We just weren't fans of the outfit in itself.

Also snapped at the party was Sophie Choudry who looked prertty in a baby pink saree with a silver border from Manish Malhotra. The simple saree  was complimented with a  matching sequined blouse. Soft curls, dangling earrings and a pink lip added finishing touches to her look. She looked lovely!

Pooja Hegde chose to wear a Ritika Mirchandani outfit, which included an embroidered bralet, a lilac hued skirt and a Chevron beaded long jacket. A pair of earrings, hair work in soft curls and a sling bag rounded her look out.

Who do you think looked their festive best?
