Yay or Nay : Alia Bhatt in Ekaya and House of Masaba
Alia Bhatt at No Fathers in Kashmir Screening and Kalank promotions. She wore outfits by Masaba Gupta and Ekaya Banaras.

Alia Bhatt has been proving her mettle as an actress in her films, one phenomenal performance at a time. Her film, ‘Gully Boy’, which was released last month, received rave reviews. Not only the film was highly appreciated but her performance was also appreciated by one and by all. Post that, she has been busy promoting and creating buzz around her soon to be released film, ‘Kalank’. In the film, Alia has been paired opposite Varun Dhawan and this is their 4th film together since their debut movie, ‘Student of the Year’.
Amidst her busy schedule, Alia Bhatt took out time to host a special screening of her mother’s film, ‘No Fathers in Kashmir’. For the screening, Alia picked a white and gold foil print anarkali from House of Masaba featuring shoulder cut out detail that she paired with matching dupatta. Hair tied up in a bun, a pair of dangling earrings and a pink lip added finishing touches to her look.
Ms. Bhatt has been opting for Indian looks during the promotions of her upcoming film, ‘Kalank’ and today was no exception. Alia Bhatt along with Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur and Madhuri Dixit Nene were photographed as the taped for interviews to promote their film. For today’s look, Alia wore a carrot red and gold embroidered kurta that she paired with matching palazzos and a brocade dupatta, all from Ekaya Banaras. Hair tied up in a centre party sleek ponytail and stunning pair of earrings from Raniwala, a tiny bindi added finishing touches to her look.
Your thoughts on her Indian looks? Of the two, we love the Ekaya look on her. I didn't like the Masaba look at all.
