Yay or Nay : Kangana Ranaut in Bibhu Mohapatra

The gorgeous Kangana Ranaut posed for the cameras at the Mr. India Finale last night in Mumbai.

She worked a monochrome look in a Bibhu Mohapatra dress, which had a tulle train detail in the back. 

The black and white look is something she carried off really well, but I wish the top half of the dress wasn't that fitted. 

An oxblood lip and side swept curls rounded her look out.
