Blueberries are rich in antioxidants. Components of blueberries like phytochemicals and flavonoids like Anthocyanins, Ellagic acid and Urolithin are known to reduce extreme damage to DNA that leads to cancer. They also limit the growth of mouth, breast, colon and prostate cancer cells.


Cherries are a good source of fibre, vitamin C and potassium. The dark colour of the cherries comes from anthocyanins, which are antioxidants.


Cranberries are a rich source of fibre and vitamin C. They have high antioxidant power,  which comes from phytochemicals like anthocyanins, proanthocyanidins and flavonols, ursolic acid, benzoic acid and hydroxycinnamic acid.
