Pav bhaji dosa
Spread the dosa batter evenly on the hot tawa and add some chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum. For adding the pav bhaji flavour in it, add some boiled peas, potatoes and cauliflower. Sprinkle some pav bhaji masala and add some chilli and tomato sauce. Finally, add some butter and season with salt. Roll it and serve hot with coconut chutney.
To make this type of dosa, simply spread the batter on the tawa and coat it with some pizza sauce and butter. Add some chopped onions, capsicum, olives and jalapenos. Also, add some grated cheese and chilli flakes and cook it till the cheese melts.
