Pav bhaji dosa 

 

Spread the dosa batter evenly on the hot tawa and add some chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum. For adding the pav bhaji flavour in it, add some boiled peas, potatoes and cauliflower. Sprinkle some pav bhaji masala and add some chilli and tomato sauce. Finally, add some butter and season with salt. Roll it and serve hot with coconut chutney.

 

 

Pizza dosa

 

To make this type of dosa, simply spread the batter on the tawa and coat it with some pizza sauce and butter. Add some chopped onions, capsicum, olives and jalapenos. Also, add some grated cheese and chilli flakes and cook it till the cheese melts.

Podi dosa

 

Take a handful of dry red chillies, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves and sesame seeds. Dry roast these in a pan and grind them to make a powder. Spread the dosa batter on the tawa and add this powder. Add turmeric powder, salt and asafoetida and ghee. Cook it for a few minutes and serve hot.

 

 

Butter dosa

 

Blend soaked rice, puffed rice, fenugreek seeds and urad dal in a blender along with some water to make a paste. Let this batter rest for 8-10 hours for it to ferment. Once fermented, spread this batter on the tawa and add some butter on top. Cook it evenly from all sides and serve hot.

Kara dosa

 

Lightly roast some dry red chillies, tomatoes, cloves, chopped onions and garlic in oil. Blend this in a mixer to make a paste. Pour the dosa batter on the tawa and add this prepared mix on top. Add some salt and tamarind paste and spread it evenly. Serve hot.

 

 

Uttapam
