It is very difficult for us Indians to eat just one food item everyday. With our rich culture and variety of cuisines, sticking to just one taste or cuisine is tough. Ketogenic diet is a very low-carb, high-fat diet. It requires drastically decreasing your carb intake and replacing it with fat. none of these suggestions are proper...i lost weight on keto diet

These are the most absurd suggestions on Keto. You can only eat most of your calories in fat. Lentils and beans are totally out on Keto. Carrots and sweet potatoes are also out. Please research before you put out bilge. Go to headbangers kitchen if you want good desi Keto recipes not this unresearched rubbish.

Guys who wrote this? Neither chickpeas or black beans are Keto! They're carbs lol

Do you guys even know what the Keto diet is? How can someone consume lentils in the Keto diet? If you need someone to recommend what can and what can't be eaten for Indians I'm happy to help because these suggestions are all wrong.
