Boozy pasta

This dish is quite simple since it requires you to make the pasta the exact same way you usually do. But this time, instead of boiling the pasta in water, opt for red wine! While it is boiling add the rest of your ingredients - veggies, seasoning, etc. while the heat is at low flame to prevent it from burning. Stir it continuously, and serve hot. Garnish it with some grated cheese and parsley and this delicious food is ready to eat!

Red (not velvet) chocolate cake

Calling all the dessert lovers out there! We know that you are aces at backing the perfect chocolate cake but ever tried supplementing the buttermilk in it with red wine? Once you make this new version of chocolate cake, there is no looking back!

Boozy burger

On those lazy weekends, spending time in the kitchen makes complete sense and can even be therapeutic. To make the boozy patty, all you will need is two cups of red wine in addition to all the other ingredients you usually use. In a pan, pour the wine and some brown sugar and stir it well till is dissolved. Make the burger patties and flip them into the pan with wine. Make sure it is cooked properly before you place it in between the bun. Pour the remaining wine and sugar combo on the patty and you are good to go!

Cheesy wine bread

This recipe takes barely 10 minutes to make and that's not even the best part of it! Place the bread in a microwavable or baking dish, garnish it with onions, ham and whatever else you want (or have it with just cheese). Simply pour white wine over the entire dish and grate mozzarella cheese over it. Bake it until the cheese melts and begins to get brown and then serve. You will never need another starter again!

Caramalised onions, wine and potatoes

This is one dish everybody is sure to love as it makes for the perfect comfort food. Peel and slice the potatoes and chop up onions. In a pan, put one spoon of butter and pour the onions into it. Add some salt and sugar and continue to stir until golden brown. Pour into another container which has white wine and cream and stir well. Once it has boiled well, remove it and keep it warm in another container. Arrange potatoes beside each other in another dish and spread the caramelised onions on top. Bake it for 30 minutes in the oven. Remove it, grate mozzarella cheese on top and put it in the oven for another 30 minutes. Serve and eat well!
