Ensuring your bedroom is only for sleeping
When you use your bedroom for other things such as working, lounging, etc. your mind automatically gets tuned into believing that the space serves multiple purposes. Instead, try to limit your bedroom only to sleep or take rest when you are tired and eat in a different room. This way, your mind is tuned into believing it needs to shut off when you get into bed.

This drink contains a mild tranquillizer. It also contains flavonoids that have a sedative effect and helps in sleeping soundly throughout the night. It should be consumed around an hour before you head off to bed as it helps in reducing anxiety and initiates sleep.
