Your wedding day is the most important day of your life. It’s the day you unite with the person you love the most. You don’t want anything coming in the way of that. You’ve worked really hard to get into shape and stay fit. You have done everything to ensure that this day is perfect but one little mistake or one little craving can make things take a turn for the worse. You would not want anything to unravel this day and turn it sour. It’s important to watch what you eat so it doesn’t make your wedding time chaotic. You don’t want to be bloated or acidic or something much worse. Here are some things you need to avoid eating before you D-Day.

  1. Beans

Beans are known to have high fiber content. They can form gas and no one likes a farting bride or groom.

  1. Spicy food

Spicy food can cause indigestion and give you heartburn which won’t be great for your wedding day.

  1. Fried food

They’re a great cause of bloating. Fried food increases the calorie intake that you were so careful about for so long.

  1. Garlic and onions

No one wants to kiss someone who smells like garlic and onions. Skip out on all those garlic and onions that you love so much.

  1. Coffee

You’re already feeling the jitters and coffee is just going elevate it. It’ll make you more jittery and make you feel bloated. Try to skip out on the coffee and replace it with something lighter like a cup of herbal tea or some juice. You don’t want to be jittery and anxious on your big day.

  1. Alcohol

You wouldn’t want to be hungover before your wedding day. It may take off the edge but it may leave you to nurse a hangover before your wedding. It’s a day to celebrate and alcohol is a great way to do just that but it will also leave you feeling bloated and hungover.

  1. Juice detox

You don’t want to faint on your wedding day because you haven’t eaten for days. A juice detox with no food can make things worse for you.
