If you are someone who can gain weight quickly and find it very difficult to lose weight then your body type is endomorphic. If can gain and lose weight is easy then you have the mesomorphic type of body. And lastly, if gaining weight is difficult for you, then you have the ectomorphic body type. As per your body type, you will understand how you can work and achieve it. 

2. Changes in diet

Best way to get a smaller waist is by including fruit and vegetable in your diet. These food items are rich in fiber, minerals, iron, proteins, vitamins and among others. The low-calorie levels also make them great for weight loss. One should also include nuts, seeds, herbs, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats in the right amount for ideal results.

3. Drink adequate amount of water

One of the important rules is to make sure that you are drinking right amount of water every day. Drinking 2-3 liters is recommended. However, you should increase your water intake if you have been working out, sweat a lot, or living in hot weather conditions. Staying hydrated prevents the body to get confused between thirst and hunger ad this stops us from overeating. As mentioned, you have to work out and your entire body will be impacted and weight will also come down. However, while working out it is also important to focus on the upper body or core including shoulders, abdomen and chest. Also, the target waist and lower belly region more.
