She is very strict and disciplined when it comes to her workout routine. Her simple workout routine helped her remain fit and flexible and shed excess weight. Yoga helps tone your body and functional training can be a great way to improve your posture and flexibility. it also helps improve your coordination and balance.

Aishwarya Rai's Diet Plan: 

Aishwarya did not ignore her diet either. She kept her diet clean and healthy in order to get in shape. She tries to maintain a balanced diet and eats healthy. She begins her day with a glass of warm water and lemon which helps her metabolism. She includes a lot of brown bread and oats and a fiber and protein-rich food in her breakfast. She prefers a simple desi home-cooked meal for lunch. She includes a lot of lentils and boiled veggies in her lunch.

She focuses a lot on portion control and maintains distance from unhealthy junk food. She eats several small meals throughout her day instead of 3 big meals. She also tries to keep craving at bay by snacking on healthy stuff like fruits and veggies and nuts. And she clearly does not forget to keep herself hydrated throughout the day and we can tell that by just looking at her soft and supple skin!

This post is too funny. She's still carrying the weight from her first pregnancy. Her body is fat, flabby. She refused to exercise and makes fun of other actresses who workout.
