Lower back pain which is also known as lumbago is not a disorder but it's a symptom of several different types of medical problems. And it's one health issue which makes us restless and irritated. If we don't take care of the problem, then this back pain also makes our routine terrible. 

 

If you are suffering from back pain every now and then and are not able to concentrate on other things, then you should try these home remedies to get rid of backache.

 

Camphor and coconut oil:

 

Take coconut oil and mix camphor in it. Boil it for 5-7 minutes and let it cool down for a while. Once cooled, store it in a bottle, and use it for back massage. Massage it twice a week at night to get rid of backache. 

 

Eucalyptus oil:

 

In a bucket of lukewarm water, add. a few drops of eucalyptus oil. Once that's done, take a bath with this water. It'll not only help you with the back pain but will also make you feel stress-free. 

 

Hot water bag:

 

While you are sitting on your chair, put a hot-water bag on your back supported by a cushion. It will help you with a backache. Heat-based treatment is not only effective, but it will also help loosen your muscles a bit. 

 

Milk, honey and turmeric:

 

In a glass of warm milk, add some turmeric and honey. Drink it daily before going to bed. You will not only get rid of backache, but it will also help you with body pain, cold and cough. 

 

Herbal oils:

 

Using an herbal oil for massaging your back also ensures a quick recovery. Massage your back with herbal oil at least twice a week. 

 

Ginger tea:

 

Add ginger to your tea and drink it daily. It will not soothe your nerves, but will also lower the chances of backache.

 

Sock and rice:

 

Take socks and fill them with rice. Heat in microwave for 3-5 minutes, then just lay it wherever you have the pain. It works wonders for lower back pain.
