Cow milk has 3-4 percent of fat, while buffalo milk has about 7-8 percent hence it takes time to digest, and keeps you fuller for a longer period.
Water is essential to keep you hydrated throughout the day. And when it comes to milk, then approximately 90 percent of cow milk is water and if you want to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day, then choose cow milk instead of buffalo milk.
Almost all dairy products are rich in protein and probiotics. When it comes to milk, buffalo milk contains 10-11 percent more protein than cow's milk. However, due to its high protein content, buffalo milk is not recommended for infants and older people.
