Diet Tips: Replace your potato chips with THESE healthy alternatives

Kale is not very easily available in India but these days you can easily find some kale chips online as the healthy food trend grows. If not that you may want to invest in finding some fresh kale and baking your own homemade kale chips.
4. Banana Chips
Replace your pack of potato chips with a pack of fresh banana chips. Bananas are full of nutrients and are great for your health and if you bake them at home, they can be even healthier than any store-bought banana chips.

Comments
Khakra? Are you serious? Do not eat that. Potato is great. Just make sure your chips are oven baked, use rapeseed or olive, make sure they are free from gluten, milk, garlic, onion. The only safe foods on your list are kale chips and popcorn.
The issue is not that they are full of carbs. it's the amount of calories they have, mostly because they are fried and absorb a lot of oil. You can eat anything and not get fat as long as you burn dem' calories.
Lol I just wondered if anyone else had noticed that
Potatoe chip
So full of crabs
I love crabs, shrimps, mussels, squids and all other seafoods.
