She won hearts with her amazing acting skills and her beauty. She has managed to make her characters come to life with her top-notch acting skills. But other than this she is also loved for having a fit body. She didn't achieve her fab body overnight.

She works hard and sweats it out to stay fit and other than this she is very focused and disciplined when it comes to her fitness routine. She works hard to maintain a fit body. She sweats it out to maintain her weight and keep her body in shape and she also keeps a check on her diet. Her workout regime includes some dancing and walking which makes for a great cardio workout. She also enjoys some kick-boxing to stay fit. Her workout also includes some functional training and squats and push-ups as well. She is very disciplined when it comes to sweating it out in the gym.

Kiara Advani's diet plan: 

Kiara begins her day with some warm water and lemon to detox and cleanse her body and increase the metabolism. She eats a healthy breakfast of fruits and oats and her lunch consists of a regular desi breakfast. She keeps her distance from too much oil and salt and masala. 

Her dinner includes some fish and vegetables. She includes a lot of high protein food in her diet and she keeps her snacks healthy by eating dry fruits and nuts. She is known to eat her meals on time and she gives her digestive system some rest by eating an early dinner. But all of this does not stop her from indulging in cheat meals every now and then.
