Malaika also practices strengthen training like weight training and kickboxing and power slam with battle ropes. She also enjoys a little change in her workout routine with some dancing and aerobics and swimming. She's very disciplined when it comes to her workout routine.

Malaika begins her day with a Detox drink with honey and lime and warm water. She likes a healthy and filling breakfast of fresh fruits or south Indian food or something like upma and poha. She keeps her snacks healthy with a healthy drink like a fresh fruit or vegetable juice. 


She also includes protein rich food in her snacks as well. She likes a basic protein rich desi meal for lunch. She also enjoys a good healthy milkshake after her workout.
