Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar has all of a sudden become a major favourite when it comes to curing body problems. All you need is about 1-2 tablespoon of ACV and 1 glass of water. Mix the two together and consume it. Drink this 2-3 times a day to get proper relief. 

 

 

Ginger and Honey 

Ginger as we all know is great for a lot of ailments. It has major antimicrobial properties which helps in fighting food-borne pathogens. Raw honey helps in digestion and healing. Well, all you need is about 1-2 slices of ginger roots, 1 cup of water and honey. Boil one cup of water and add ginger slices to it. Bring it to boil and simmer it for about 5 minutes and then strain it. Let the solution cool down a bit and then add a bit of honey to it. Consume the solution quickly. If you want instant relief then you can also chew on ginger pieces. 

 

Garlic 

Garlic has powerful anti-bacterial properties which can help destroy foodborne pathogens. It can also relieve you from stomach ache and diarrhea. All you need is about 2-3 peeled garlic cloves. Whenever you’re in immense pain just chew on the garlic cloves and you’ll get instant relief. You can also consume crushed garlic with honey. 

 

Lemon juice

Lemon provides overall healing and also helps in digestion. All you need is half a lemon, 1 glass of water and honey if you’d like. Extract juice from half a lemon and mix it with water and some honey. Drink this about 2-3 times a day and see the difference for yourself. 

 

 

Basil with cardamon

The combination of tulsi and elaichi does wonder for your stomach and will definitely give you instant relief. You need about 3-4 tulsi leaves and 1 cardamon. Either you can eat the two raw or you can crush the basil leaves and have it with elaichi powder. As soon as you experience pain, you can have the basil cardamon mix for relief.
