With the help of its content, one feels full for longer period of time thus curbing hunger and stopping us from eating more than wanted. This particular agent is instrumental in the breakdown of fats and also boosts metabolism in the body and the same leads to weight loss.

The fiber content also in methi aids weight loss. For the unversed, it has 75% of water-soluble fibers and the same increases the metabolic rate of the body and burns the fats which are either under the belly and other adipose tissues. How to include fenugreek in your daily diet

One can have the water-soaked fenugreek seeds. Soak few seeds in water and leave it overnight. Chew the wet seeds on an empty stomach. One can also have sprouted version of methi seeds as well. They are loaded with several nutrients such as carotene, vitamins A, E, C, and B, calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium, and proteins among others. If you don't like them having directly, then you can also go for the fenugreek tea. You can make a paste of seeds and make tea with it. You can also add other herbs like cinnamon and ginger and honey as well.

Make sure you don't overeat them as the same can backfire. Also, this herb is not recommended during pregnancy as it can lead to miscarriage for it has a strong effect on the female reproductive system.
