Hair loss, among men and women, is quite common across the world. It is one of the biggest concerns of many and the common Google search on how to stop hair fall is the proof of the same. There are many causes of hair loss such as genetics, hormonal imbalance, illness, thyroid, nutritional deficiency, chemical products, strong UV rays, scalp issues among others. There are several natural ways to keep it at bay and promote hair growth on the scalp and one of them is yoga.

2.  Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward dog pose)

3. Pavanmukthasana (Wind-relieving pose)

4.Ustrasana (Camel pose)

Ustrasana which is known as camel pose helps to increases the blood circulation to the head and heart. It is also well known to open up the heart chakra. It also increases strength and flexibility. Check out the how-to video of the asana. 

5.Sarvangasana (Shoulder stand pose)

Sarvangasana which is known as Shoulder stand pose regulates the functioning of the thyroid gland and it also promotes hair growth. Check out the video tutorial right below.

Aside from these asanas, pranayamas such as Kapalbhati Pranayama,  Anuloma Viloma, Bhastrika Pranayama and Nadi Shodhan Pranayam. Other natural ways of hair growth include the use of aloe vera, inclusion of bottle gourd, snake gourd, and pumpkin in your diet, increase the consumption of fruits such as watermelon, bananas, chikoo, dry figs and black raisins among others.
