Sometimes between your ups and downs, things can get too difficult to handle and get out of control. Instead of struggling with the chaotic situation that your relationship is in, it's better to find a calmer way out. The best way to ease out things between you and your partner is to take some space and work on getting rid of the tension and stress that is there in your relationship.

There is nothing wrong with taking a break from your partner because it can make things easier to handle. There is a big difference between infatuation and a real connection that is essential to maintain a long term relationship.

5. If you have been unable to forgive your partner for something or holding a grudge against them. This can make you despise your partner and make it impossible to remain in a relationship with the said person.

6. If you are doubting your relationship and feel that it may not last or that it does not have the ability to last it could be something that requires some attention. If you cannot see yourself with your partner in the long run then you may want to take a break from your relationship and rethink your relationship.
