Nuts contain almost no sugar. Only cashews and chestnuts have carbohydrates, but they are low on the glycemic index.

1/4 cup corn has 4g protein. To get 15 g, you'd have to eat 1.25 cups. And that would give you 155g of carbs, w/only 15 being fiber!!!! REALLY???
