Mornings are the most essential part of the day. It is important that it starts off on a good note and having a morning routine that uplifts your mood should be your utmost priority. Morning routines ensure a smooth start and make you feel energized throughout the day. But let's be real, not all of us have the luxury of time to have an elaborate morning routine. And while there are many things you can do in the morning, these are some easy steps you can follow under a matter of a few minutes.

 

DETOX DRINK

To start your day right, the first and foremost thing to do is to get rid of all the toxins and impurities from the previous day. Having a healthy detox drink will ensure a smooth start to the day. Drinking a glass of hot water with lemon and honey can also help you burn little extra calories while ensuring a smooth running of your system.

 

2-MINUTE MEDITATION

Meditating and channelling all the positive vibes in the morning will make you feel refreshed and energised for the whole day. In the process, try to clear up your mind and focus on your breath. If you usually have a stressful day at work, this will prepare you to keep a calm composure for the hectic day to come. 

 

YOGA OR EXERCISE

Sleeping restrict the muscles, so it is important to stretch out these muscles to ensure a smooth running of all the systems throughout the day. SKINCARE | HAIRCARE

The next most important thing is to take care of your skin and hair. Moisturisers, serum, mists, use anything that makes you feel good while giving you that extra glow!

 

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day and it is just not a myth. Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast - that's where its name originates, breaking the fast! Without breakfast, you are effectively running on empty, like trying to start the car with no petrol! Now, you do not want to do that, do you? Being empty stomach is only a bad idea, let alone working with it!
