Trying to sculpt yourself into the butt emoji is not the easiest thing in the world, but Kim K has managed to do it. Her trainer tells it all!

The Kardashians are known for their high-end lifestyles that barely any of us can afford. Apart from that, they are also known for their smoking hot bodies. Kim Kardashian West, in particular, has created a huge buzz around her body and has made it the new idea of sexy. For years together, we have admired her figure, but now, the cat's out of the bag. 

Kim Kardashian's personal trainer - Melissa Alcantara shared some of her hacks and shared it to help everybody look red carpet ready and have the perfectly sculpted body that Kim has all year round!
Some of the exercised to follow include: 
A variation of squats (front and back). 
To start with, do 20 a day and keep increasing the number. Kim does over 70 that keeps her legs and butt toned and in shape. 
Rather than focusing on one area, Kim prefers to improve her total body strength. 
Start off with doing 10-15 deadlifts in a day. 
Kim Kardashian does over 100 deadlifts at a good workout session. 
Lunges with weights
This exercise improves the tension of the muscles and helps develop lower body strength in addition to toning it well. 
Trainers suggest that this exercise should be tried as it is for a month before attempting to do it with weights. 
Kim does over 50-60 lunges with 2 kg weights at every workout session.

Hip thrust
This is the most important workout to achieve a backside like Kim Kardashian's. 
Start off with around 10 hip thrusts a day with the help of the machine.
Kim Kardashian likes to mix things up a little; so, she adds cable kickbacks and the leg press machine to her routine. 
She does over 50 hip thrusts and on every alternate day mixes it up with kickbacks and leg presses. 
All of these exercises if practiced consistently, is sure to show results! To avoid plateauing, her trainer suggests that these exercises be mixed up a little according to ones own convenience. 
Clearly, being Kim Kardashian isn't as easy as it looks!
