If you want to lose weight then let me tell you that you have to follow a strict diet and a rigourous daily workout session of at least 30 minutes. There are many fat burners, pills and surgeries available in the market but that is hardly recommended. Also, why spend so much money when you can easily lose weight naturally and by spending very less money.

Today, I have listed a 30-minute High-intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout routine that doesn't require single equipment and you can do at your home. Follow below-mentioned exercises for 30 minutes daily and you will soon see the results.

1. Warm-up
Before you start your intense burst of workout for the next 30 minutes indulge in a 10-minute warm-up routine. It is advisable to not skip warm up and cool down exercises. Some of the common ones are head tilt, neck rotations, shoulder rotations, waist, ankle and wrist rotation, standing touch toes, standing side crunch and spot jogging among others. The below-mentioned video will help you to know some warm-up exercises. 

2. First set 
Start your first set of HIIT routine with High Knees followed by Jumping Jacks and lastly end it by Burpees. One should do three sets all the three exercises and can include 10-20 reps in each set.
After each set of each exercise, take a break of 30 seconds. Below are the video tutorials.
High Knees-4 min
Jumping Jacks- 4 min
Burpees- 4 min

3. Post the first set take 1-minute rest.

4. Second set
Start your second set and the same can comprise exercises such as Lunge Jumps, Mountain Climbers and Rope Jumping. With the help of these exercises, one can lose a lot of calories and work on muscles as well. 
After each set of each exercise, take a break of 30 seconds.
Lunge Jumps- 4 min
Mountain Climbers- 4 min
Skipping- 4 min

5. Rest and later do cool down exercises.

Nope. To lose weight you gotta laze on the couch for 6 hours followed by eating cheesecakes, pies and pastries, drinking a liter of soda and stuffing yourself with nachos, burgers, shakes and pizzas.
