Pistachios essentially are a tiny green nut that is grown under a desert climate. They have high nutritional value and long storage life and grown primarily in the United States and Iran.
Pistachios are loaded with nutrients and vitamins like Vitamin B6, thiamine, potassium, magnesium, fiber and carotenoids that are good for the heart. Pistachios are known to lower the levels of cholesterol and promote a healthy heart. What is your morning ritual to kickstart your day?
I wake up to a big glass of luke warm water followed by some tea or coffee. I used to be a big coffee drinker but I am trying to get rid of that addiction.
What is your secret to keeping fit?
Working out every day and predominantly eating home cooked food. If I have to eat something out of a packet, it has to be something healthy, that’s exactly where pistachios and other nuts come in place.
What gives you an immunity boost?
Something that boosts my immunity is healthy eating, balanced diet and tons of water.
How do you unwind at home before logging off?
Spending time with family, sometimes watching our favourite shows together before we call it a day.
