Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety

Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety revolves around the theme of romance versus friendship. The movie features Sonu and Titu, who have been friends since childhood. Sonu lost his mother years ago and lives with Titu as his father resides abroad. Titu comes from a large family with his mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, and his grandmother's brother, Lalu Kaka. Titu keeps falling in and out of love, and Sonu is always there to support him emotionally. When Titu's heart breaks over his breakup with Pihu, his family receives a marriage proposal for him. Everyone, except Sonu, approves of the girl, Sweety, whom they meet along with her parents. Despite his initial approval, Sonu becomes increasingly convinced that Sweety is a manipulative gold-digger and not the right match for his innocent friend Titu, as he watches her interact with Titu and his family. Despite his efforts to call off the marriage, including enlisting the help of Titu's grandfather and Lalu Kaka, he fails to convince anyone. Sweety eventually realizes that Sonu is trying to stop the wedding and challenges him to stall it while admitting her true nature. Sonu is engaged in a tense battle as he desperately tries to make Titu see that Sweety is not the right girl for him. Sweety, on the other hand, puts on a sweet act in front of Titu's family to win them over. As the wedding draws closer, Sonu and Titu head to Amsterdam for a bachelor's party accompanied by Grandpa and Lalu Kaka as instructed by Grandma. While in Amsterdam, Sonu tries to get Titu back with his ex, Pihu, who agrees to play along and accompanies them back to India for Titu and Sweety's wedding. During this time, Titu realizes that he still loves Pihu.
