BATTLING A TOXIC RELATIONSHIP YOU ARE STUCK WITH DURING THE PANDEMIC-

Distance in relationships does take a toll on you, doesn’t it? Specially when that distance if in your mental state. You no longer understand or feel the same in that relationship, covid has done this too. Being stuck in a place with a partner who does not support you or understands you anymore leaves you exhausted and frustrated all the time. In times like these , pointing out the red flags seems quiet impossible, but frustration does it.

So here are few suggestions to keep thing for getting worse and toxic-

Talk to your partner , vent out your feelings, its good sometimes.

We tend to assume things, make up scenarios, don’t do that, this is what fuels the fire in a relationship.

Communicate with you partner, clear out things and matters , it will make you feel relaxed and calm.

If things heat up , give yourself time, give yourself space, move upto to the living room or another room.

In times like these keep you mental health at par, keep it inside the boundaries at all times possible.

Let your partner know how you feel and want to feel.
