How to avoid exam stress?

This comes from someone who himself used to feel really anxious and uneasy before exams. This is how I learnt to deal with my issues:

1. Start your preparations early: If you are done with your course and revision on time, you wouldn't feel unnecessary stress. You will feel confident.

2. Finish your final revision in the night: I recommend you to finish everything before going to sleep so that you can sleep peacefully.

3. It goes without saying that you should sleep for 6 hours at the very least.

4. Eat something, really anything that you like because an empty stomach or too full a stomach might make you feel nauseous.

5. Keep calm. I know that everyone will tell you to do this but every time you start to panic remember how much effort you have put in. Focus on that.

Exams become a part of your life and you need to learn how to deal with them. Hope this helps!
