How to deal with stress?

Fast paced Urban lives have effected everyone's mental health. Be it a school/ college student or an office going adult, stress gets to everyone. Exam stress or promotion issues, you can not run away from this at all. So, you have to learn to deal with stressful times and situations.

Take a Break: I know everyone says this but I am not talking about taking an exotic vacation. Taking a break can be as simple as taking a walk alone. Dancing or listening to music for a while. Watching a movie that you wanted to watch for a while or re-watching something that makes you happy.
