Tips to reduce hairfall

  • You should follow healthy diet which contains omega-3, biotion, fatty acids, vitamins, protein and keep yourself hydrated by drinking water and fruit juice or coconut water. 
  • Mostly people avoid oiling but oiling is a must for hairs. Do oiling and massage bit by finger tips in the roots it will increases blood circulation and give relaxing feel. 
  • Don't overwash your hairs. Use shampoos such as tresemme and garnier ultra blend intense repair (soy milk and almonds) which are really good for hairs. Use sulphate free shampoo and conditioner. 
  • Don't use thin plastic rubber bands, use fabric bands or scrunchies made up of satin. 
  • Dry your hairs using Microfiber towels or t-shirts. 
  • Don't comb your hairs when they are wet. Comb them when they are semi dry. Never start combing from roots to end. First entangle your strands then start combing from ends of hair to roots. 
  • Never apply conditioner to roots. 
  • Eliminate dandruff first by using antidandruff shampoo. 
  • If you have oily scalp then don't keep oil in your hairs for 1 to 2 days. Keep oil for 3 to 4 hours and then wash it. 
  • If you have dry hairs then you can keep oil overnight and then shampoo it. 
  • Use wooden hair comb and if you are using plastic one then use wide toothed comb. 
  • Apply hair mask once in a month. Oily hair type people can apply clay masks and dry hair type people can apply fenugreek and curd hair mask. Egg hair mask can be applied by both hair type. There are lots of hair mask available but try them according to your hair type.
