What does the merger of HYBE and Scooter Braun's Ithaca Holdings mean for BTS?

Ithaca Holdings, founder Scooter Braun, has merged with HYBE, the company formerly known as Big Hit Entertainment, that is company to BTS. Such an act would help BTS appeal to the west, a first-of-its-kind venture between such parties. This will mean more west based activities for BTS in the future! The arrangement covers management, label services, and publishing for a joint activity that includes BTS, TXT, and SEVENTEEN, along with other HYBE acts, as well as Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Florida Georgia Line, and other artists on the SB Projects and Big Machine company. Scooter Braun will join the board of HYBE. According to a press release announcing the contract, artists from both companies will invest in HYBE's capital raise in order to enhance the two companies' relations. The financial details were kept under wraps the merger will allow HYBE to acquire a 100% stake in Ithaca Holdings and its assets, which include company projects and management clients through HYBE America, its subsidiary company.
