1. Sit up straight in a comfortable position and slow down your breath. Breathe in slowly and exhale and make your breaths longer.

2. Take a deep breath in and close the upper part of the ear using two fingers. Breathe in through your nose and make humming bee sounds upon exhalation. Then bring the hands down slowly. This Yoga technique helps to reduce anxiety and calm down the mind.

3. Sit conformably with a straight spine and take a deep breath in. Hold the breath and envision the point between the forehead and stay for at least 20 seconds in this position, then exhale slowly. This practice is known as Kumbhaka in yoga which helps in strengthening the mind. Stay Safe.
