Alleged Vivo Y71T (V2102A) Received 3C certification in China

Since September, key manufacturers have released a slew of new phones, and October appears to be following suit, with big manufacturers preparing to release new devices. A new Vivo phone with the model number V2102A was discovered on the Geekbench benchmark site in September. It was approved by China's MIIT regulator last week. It has now been certified by China's 3C regulatory organisation. The V2102A is a 5G-ready smartphone, as seen in a screenshot posted by Digital Chat Station, and it may come with a 44W charger. This gadget will be released in China under the Vivo Y71T brand, according to the source.

The V2102A is reported to be Vivo's first new Snapdragon 898, the same one that was revealed on Geekbench, and it will provide something unique, potentially a foldable version of the NEX series, that isn't cheap. With a new dual-part 3400 architecture and Adreno 730 GPU, the snapdragon 898 chip will be made utilising Samsung's 4nm technology. In the middle of next year, a TSMC version (perhaps 898 Plus) is expected. As a result, the V2102A does not look to be a flagship phone. It will now be released as a Y-series phone with the model number Y71T. It is anticipated to appear with some of its main specs at the TENAA certification site now that it has been certified by the 3C authority.

In similar news, the TENAA authority of China has certified a few other Vivo phones with model codes V2009A, V2115A, and V2156A. The V2156A is likely to be a rebranded version of the iQOO Z5x, which will be released later this year. The V2009A's specifications were discovered to be identical to the V2156A's. According to the V2115's specifications, it could be a rebadged version of the iQOO Z5.

Also, Vivo recently received national 3C quality certification for a number of models, including this model for V2102A, which supports up to 44W fast charge, and V2045A, which appears to be a low-end new product, and V2115A, which also supports 44W fast charge, while the V2154A and V2156A support up to 66W fast charge. We can expect more information about the Vivo smartphone in the upcoming days.
