Oppo Fold tipped to launch in November with Snapdragon flagship chipset
In the latest development, a Chinese tipster has claimed that the company is going to unveil the foldable smartphone in November.

Oppo the Chinese smartphone manufacturer offers a plethora of smartphones across the globe and the company is also known for offering innovative tech. In the past several months we have witnessed numerous leaks, rumours, patent filing, and a lot more about the upcoming Oppo foldable smartphone and it seems that the company is ready to unveil the final product. In the latest development, a Chinese tipster has claimed that the company is going to unveil the foldable smartphone in November. Meanwhile, the fresh rumours have also revealed the key specifications of the upcoming Oppo Fold.
According to the tipster, the alleged Oppo Fold is expected to arrive with an inward folding display similar to the Galaxy Z Fold series. The smartphone is said to be fitted by an 8-inch LTPO OLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Under the hood, the foldable smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset.

Going with the previous leaks the Oppo Fold is tipped to be juiced by a 4,500mAh battery which seems to be less compared to the players already available in the market. The battery pack is expected to be paired with 65W fast charging support and it will arrive with preinstalled ColorOS 12, but the latest Android 12 is still not confirmed in any leaks.
As far as cameras are concerned, the alleged Oppo Fold is said to flaunt a Sony IMX 766 50-megapixel primary camera sensor at the rear panel. However, the number of cameras available at the rear panel is not confirmed by any tipster. At the front, the handset is said to feature a 32-megapixel camera sensor for selfies and video calls. The smartphone is also tipped to feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.
