Four years after its explosive debut, the reality show is officially returning to our screens with its second season. Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa is returning with a refreshed format and bringing an entirely new dynamic. While Ram Kapoor, Shivangi Joshi, and Pamela Serena are the confirmed contestants, read on to know more about the celebs joining the show as inmates!
Who are the rumored and confirmed contestants of Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa?
Stepping in as hosts are Bollywood filmmaker Farah Khan and actor-director Riteish Deshmukh, taking on the roles of the new jailers. They are set to put 14 celebrity contestants through a six-week prison where they must bare their darkest secrets and fight for necessities.
The makers have officially lifted the curtain on the first few names locked in for the season. First up is veteran TV and OTT actor Ram Kapoor, who is one of the biggest surprises of the season. Known for his candid personality and unforgettable roles in Kasamh Se and Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Kapoor is expected to be a fan favorite.
Next up is Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star Shivangi Joshi, bringing her massive, loyal fanbase into the show, making her a highly anticipated contestant. Best known for her appearance on Desi Bling, digital creator and influencer Pamela Serena is coming with a lot of drama.
Bollywood star Govinda’s wife, Sunita Ahuja, is reportedly stepping into the reality show arena. Known for her blunt, no-nonsense talk and witty humor, she is widely expected to bring unfiltered entertainment to the cells.
Reports have also confirmed the entry of popular television heartthrob Dheeraj Dhoopar, adding more star power to the high-stakes environment. Beyond the officially locked-in names, industry insiders and eagle-eyed fans have leaked a list of potential inmates that could turn the house upside down.
Shilpa Shinde, the Bigg Boss 11 winner, is expected to be one of the 14 players. She could be joined by Asim Riaz, along with podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, digital comic and actress Kusha Kapila, entertainers Puneet Superstar and Archana Gautam, TV veterans Rashami Desai, Mahhi Vij, and Urvashi Dholakia, and Splitsvilla 16 contestants Yogesh Rawat and Akanksha Choudhary.
Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa will be a six-week show, which officially begins streaming on Netflix from June 27, 2026.
