The jailhouse of Lock Upp: Sach Yaa Sazaa has officially transformed into a battleground. Known for its high-octane drama and shocking confessions, the reality show took an explosive turn when wildcard entry Shilpa Shinde locked horns with Bollywood star Govinda’s outspoken wife, Sunita Ahuja.
Sunita Ahuja slams Shilpa Shinde for commenting on Govinda
In one of the episodes of Lock Upp 2, Sunita Ahuja and Shilpa Shinde were seen having a discussion, but it slowly drifted to Sunita’s relationship with her husband Govinda. What started as an unsolicited piece of marriage advice from Shilpa quickly escalated into a massive confrontation, which ended with Sunita slamming the television actress.
The Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai actress wasted no time stirring the pot upon her entry into the show. She decided to confront Sunita regarding the shocking statements she has made on the show about her marriage and Govinda’s past alleged infidelities.
Siding with the Partner actor, Shilpa questioned Sunita, “Govinda ji ke fan hain. Toh aap ne aise kaise kiya? Aap aise kaise kar sakte ho? Aap aise kaise bol sakte ho? Aap ko pata hai aap ne kya decision liya? (Govinda has an immense fan following. How could you do this? How could you say such things about him? Do you even realize what decision you’ve made?)”
Known for her fierce persona, Sunita fired back instantly, shutting down the Lapataganj actress. She said, “Jab tumhare pe guzrega tab pata chalega, jyada bak*** mat karo. (When you face the same situation, you’ll understand why. Don’t try to mess with me).”
Later in the episode, Sunita vented her frustration to co-contestant Ram Kapoor, making it clear that no outsider has the right to speak on her family.
Sunita Ahuja has cemented herself as one of the most compelling and unmissable contestants of Lock Upp Season 2. While she has previously broken down over the harsh conditions of the jail, she is being cheered by her daughter-in-law, comedian Krushna Abhishek’s wife, actress Kashmera Shah, and many others from outside.
