Actress Karishma Tanna and her businessman husband Varun Bangera are finally counting down the days to welcome their first child into the world. After breaking the internet with their adorable pregnancy announcement last month, the parents-to-be recently hosted an intimate and traditional Godh Bharai (baby shower) ceremony surrounded by their families.

Parents-to-be, Karishma Tanna and Varun Bangera, chose to immerse their celebrations in pure devotion and tradition. Taking to her Instagram, the Scoop actress shared exclusive, heartwarming glimpses of the function that have left fans completely enchanted.
Karishma’s ceremony stood out for its deeply spiritual atmosphere. Her house, which served at the venue for the event, was beautifully adorned with fresh floral arrangements, traditional decor, and an aura of serenity.
In the snippets shared online, a bhajan group can be heard playing live music, filling the air with devotional chants and beautiful hymns. The parents-to-be looked absolutely lost in the spiritual bliss.

Tanna looked breathtaking in a vibrant, soft pink saree that concealed her baby bump. Flaunting her radiant pregnancy glow, she completed her look with classic jewelry and a warm smile. Varun complemented his lady love perfectly, looking sharp and elegant in traditional Indian attire.
In another clip, the couple could be seen joyfully dancing together to the bhajans, enjoying every moment of stepping into parenthood.
Karishma and Varun, who tied the knot in a gorgeous ceremony in February 2022, announced they were expecting their first child on April 6, 2026. The duo had shared a sweet maternity shoot featuring matching ‘Mom’ and ‘Dad’ caps, alongside a tiny pair of baby shoes, confirming that their little angel is due to arrive in August 2026.
On the work front, Karishma has been enjoying the critical acclaim that came after her stellar performance in Hansal Mehta’s hit web series, Scoop. She then made a brief appearance in Ananya Panday’s Call Me Bae. Now, the actress is happily taking some well-deserved time off to focus entirely on her health and pregnancy journey.
