Karan, Gurmeet, Rithvik & Manish Sharing Their WorkOut Regimes Will Surely Give You #FitnessGoals!
In recent times, when one hardly has to time to breath, it becomes very important to take out extra time from one's hectic schedule and focus on their fitness. Especially, in the glam world, where the celebs are always on their toes with shootings, endorsements, socializing and interviews etc, it becomes a tough job to actually take care of their bodies. Fans drool over the hot bods of their favorite star. But ever wondered how do these stars manage to look simply drool-worthy every time despite their super hectic work? The answer is working out with the perfect fitness trainer! Do You know what is common between Telly hotties Karan Tacker, Manish Paul, Rithvik Dhanjani and Gurmeet Chaudhary? It's their love for fitness and their common fitness trainer duo, Praveen and Maahek Nair!
While talking about it, Karan says, "I had a totally different understanding of fitness before I met them. I feel so light on my feet throughout the year. My approach towards fitness and eating habits which showed me insane results has changed my previous perception towards fitness. I have got to eating more than seven meals a day and maintain a fat percentage of 10-13% year round."
Gurmeet also added, "I choose to work out and stay in shape all year around. I got to learn a smart way of approach towards training and nutrition which gave me the results in shortest of time possible and that what we all need fast results in short time."
The host cum actor Manish, who recently lost oodles of weight for his upcoming movie and is sporting six-pack abs, said, "Working out helps me to keep a track of my nutrition and physical activity if I'm away from home. It is very important as an actor to keep my fat percentage in my desired levels."
Rithvik too stated, "Working out under the right people works like magic and can probably get you a ripped six packs in no time. It is always important to make it to a point that one has that crazy mind-set till one accomplishes their fitness goals!"
Ideally actors should plan to eat every three hours. The meal should consist of good amount of protein, good fats and very less of carbs or no sugar. This will help them maintain a very good fat percentage as well as to keep good energy through day of their busy schedule.
Based on their complete week they should plan workout that what should be the intensity and recovery rate... If the week is easy then it should be intense workout week wherein focus on four times ,two days rest between & one day of some fun activity with friends or family like just playing some sports or just going to the beach.
And if the week is busy then moderate intensity for three times and rest all day rest.
No wonder, this craze for fit,hot bods is the what motivates these actors sweat out in the gym to attain that 'Drool-worthy' body! Aint an easy task!
